Complianty is a GDPR compliance platform built for web, marketing and development agencies: monitor every client and every website from a single dashboard instead of auditing each site by hand. The scanner detects more than 2,400 tools and services and measures whether they transfer data before or only after cookie consent (pre/post-consent detection). The cookie banner audit checks banners against DSK, ECJ and EDPB criteria — including reject options, dark patterns and cookies set after rejection. Records of processing (Art. 30 GDPR), DPA tracking and the privacy policy are generated straight from scan results and stay consistent automatically. Weekly re-scans create prioritized to-dos whenever something changes.
