Mining permit and ESIA conditions are often buried in long PDFs, with deadlines tracked in spreadsheets and evidence scattered across email and shared drives. That makes it hard to prove compliance when an inspector or auditor asks. CompliantMine brings these conditions into one obligations register. Teams upload permits and ESIA documents, review the extracted conditions and deadlines, then assign owners and due dates. Photos, monitoring reports and sign-offs are attached to the obligation they support, findings are tracked through corrective actions to closure, and inspection packs can be exported to PDF. It is focused on permit and ESIA obligations, and is not a full EHS suite or a mine planning tool.
