I do not like that you can not delete employees if they have been terminated, there are only a few OSHA trainings/documents that do not apply to our company very well and when we signed up that was a big reason we chose this platform, we were told that there was a range of OSHA to offer. I do not like that there are not common policies/trainings available on the platform such as Waste, Fraud, Abuse and then the support team was not able to help us create a policy of this sort. I wish there was a better way to view the trainings I have assigned instead of going page by page and clicking on each one. I wish we had more guidance on the purpose/how to use some of the other tabs/features available on The Guard. I really appreciate how supportive and easy the platform makes it to stay on top of everything. The team is super friendly, always quick to answer questions, and genuinely wants to help. The platform can be a little slow to load sometimes, especially when accessing multiple documents or reports at once. It’s nothing major, just something I’ve noticed during busier days.
