I found the transition to the new interface challenging. When Compliancy Group Healthcare Compliance updated its interface, they did not provide any guided walkthrough or additional onboarding session to help us acclimate to the changes. This lack of guidance made the new layout not as intuitive as it could have been, requiring us to spend extra time clicking through the platform to understand the differences. It would be helpful if the email notifications included more information about what each notification is related to. Right now, the email is just a general prompt to open the Guard, and then you have to look through all your programs to figure out what the notification is actually about.
