We found ComplianceQuest to be our best option out of over 8 in depth demonstrations and reviews of competitive software. After weeks of selection, we were not disappointed in our choice. We found CQ to be highly configurable to meet our unique business needs, but also challenged us to change they way that we do things to provide efficiencies and stay within the software. The dedication and support was excellent from the start and before we had even selected them, and remains consistent. We have few issues, and the issue we have had are resolved in little time. CQ offers a complete quality management solution, allowing us to perform essentially all of our quality functions through it. The system is highly configurable, allowing us to customize the modules, and organize our documents based on different categories. It is relatively easy to use, and anytime we run into issues the technical service team is always there to help us. We have been using CQ for more than two years, and have seen continuous improvements in the system. The recently launched version 9.2 included many useful features including supplier management and risk modules, and Next Best Action feature. Occasionally we run into capacity limits, such as not being to able to upload large-size documents, or not being able to assign additional job function training requirements, but I think this is more a Salesforce issue than CQ. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The integrations between modules: Complaints and Audits -> CAPA, Risks -> Change Order and CAPA. Controlled Documents can be presented in other modules ready for access by the user.

Very flexible in terms of user permissions, record visibility.

It's a little rough around the edges. e.g. The current 'hovering' between Salesforce Classic and Lightning UIs is unfortunate and makes the User experience inconsistent.

Really like the simple Case to Complaint to CAPA workflow with flowing data. Have also found the Doc management easy to use with the training requirements tied right in. ComplianceQuest offers a wide range of modules, that are linked to each other. This is a huge benefit. CQ powered by Lightning offers a nice UI, and possibilities to improve the system further. Standard Salesforce functionality such as Chatter helps QA staff to communicate easily with other staff. The CQ support team is very helpful and continuously improving the system. The system is not always that intuitive, which is a big disadvantage given most of our users to not use the system on a frequent basis. Especially the Audit module (in Salesforce Classic) is very prone to (user) errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They came to the table with a complete team. PM, devs, testing. Ease of installation in our sales force domain. Because it is a salesforce application, it easily integrates within our environment.
