I have waited many years to find something with this type of growth potential. I have implemented the QMS modules for CAPA, Document Management and Training for multiple locations. I have plans for implementing more quality related modules, including our recent expansion into the Product Architecture. I like the detail that ComplianceQuest requires for control of documents. The metadata is very detailed and allows for complete history when creating and launching a full blown doc control system for an entire organization. From an administrator perspective, it can be a nightmare. There is so much information that a person has to learn, there are so many steps! This does not make it easy to teach others how to use the software - it takes quite a bit of time for someone to learn and get comfortable to navigate within the system. The software is manufacturing driven and requires significant configuration and money to configure to meet the requirements of a medtech company.

At deployment, timely support was subpar.

The solution architect's turnover during the project's duration meant repeat/rework and timeline delays.

The project manager tended to put timelines that favored their timeline but were not conducive for company team members trying to complete tasks.

Some members of the team were not professional and defensive during conversations.

Would make changes or take interpretations of requirements without asking and not meet company requirements.

The ease of automation and use once it is setup. It will take some time to setup, but that should be standard for any quality system. While it is on Salesforce, the customization is somewhat limiting. You can't easily add/remove fields from the display or edit page, which is very annoying. Reassigning tasks from terminated employees is also a pain. Getting assistance and follow through from CQ can sometimes be challenging. Changes or improvements needed for our own application are slow to be followed up on and often require chasing. As a small company, it is sometimes a little inflexible in the way we use it and hence we often need work arounds or assistance.
