I like the ability to add and edit CAPAs and the ease of the system when integrating crucial information. When implementing, all the steps help not only me as the user but also give ease to the customers wanting these CAPAs to be processed correctly and fast with a breeze. I do CAPAs frequently, and the use of it helps with supporting customers to not only my customers, but other customers, the ability to make sure that customer support is give correctly is crucial in my work environment. COmpliance Quest and the team that supports it is really helping our company to move from a manual, paper based system into a digitized space. Out of all the systems we looked into, only ComplianceQuest was able to meet all the requirements put in place. We worked with the CQ teams to configure and test the system to fit our business needs. Through this process, they offered a lot of guidance on system options to meet needs with reduced configuration. Overall, good controls in place, layout is modern, reporting and data analytics is great and easy for users to manage. Love the dashboard capabilities, configurability and integration capability. System provides users with easy to follow layout and next steps. CQ Support teams have been attentive and work well with us to resolve questions and improvements. CQ has a really complex backend. We had to make a shift moving into this system from being Quality managed to IT managed. Understood that this allows us a lot of the flexibility we need and it is working out fine.
