CQ covers all the regulatory requirements that our organization follows. All aspects of our QMS, however, I have found that validation of the implementation is not representative of the actual production environment. At least in our particular case. Noticeable latency with processing speeds when performing actions. Certain modules will suggest "Next Best Actions" that are not really the next best action. A more intuitive process flow would be suggested. he production environment does not always mirror the sandbox environment when used for training whitch cause confusion for team members.
