The platform maintains a live action queue of every outstanding obligation — open document requests, account review findings, expiring certificates, and requirement changes pushed down by hiring clients — with owner assignment, due dates, and status tracking on each item. Automated alerts fire ahead of expiration dates so requirements are renewed before they lapse and trigger a scoring penalty. A centralized document repository stores insurance certificates, written safety programs, training records, OSHA logs, and policy documentation with version control, expiration metadata, and per-document mapping to the requirements each one satisfies.
