There isn’t much that I dislike. When I was first getting to know the system, I did find it a bit challenging to figure out how to run reports and where to enter investigations. However, as I became more familiar with it, these tasks became easier.

**What do you like best about Ethico?**

The hotline services and reporting platform are easy to engage and extremely user friendly.  Implementation was quick, yet thorough.  It does everything I need it to do.

Ethico is so much more than our compliance hotline servicer.  They go above and beyond to support me as a compliance officer.  Their knowledge hub has tons of useful information and the weekly Ethicsverse webinars are not only interesting, but helpful!  Every year for Compliance Week, they always provide great ideas for me to pull off an engaging and effective educational experience for my team.  My CSM Loryn is also such an amazing asset in helping me to improve my compliance program.

**What do you dislike about Ethico?**

If I found being helpful and overwhelmed with tons of good information a bad thing, then I might have a reason to complain.

"Ethico provides an excellent system for reporting compliance issues, serving both our employees and customers effectively. Their team has been instrumental in managing incoming calls and complaints. Even though the call center isn't frequently used for compliance complaints, Ethico has consistently demonstrated its ability to thoroughly investigate issues and report them clearly through their portal."

**What do you dislike about Ethico?**

So far into our third year of usage I can't think of any complaints.  They continue to improve their technology and keep up with the times.

The ease of using Ethico for logging our HR and Compliance issues. Creating a case and updating it are simplistic in this software. I have used others that are not so user friendly!

Loryn, what can I say, she is simply amazing, responsive and always letting us know what new products are coming out as well as keepung us in the loop in updates that are going to be taking place. She is a pleasure to interact with! Thank you for all you do for u Loryn!

**What do you like best about Ethico?**

Ethico provides us with all of the tools that we need, especially the reports that we can generate that allows us to get a look at our quarterly calls and make assessments.  Loryn has made the experience even better as she is always available and willing to help when needed.  She does an excellent job of explaining everything and walking me through each aspect of Ethico as needed.  The new services that were introduced are also something that I will take back to the Compliance Team.  Loryn has been a delight to work with and is truly knowledgeable about the products.

Right now, I believe that the services being provided are just what we need, there is nothing that I dislike.

Ethico is very easy to work with. My client Success Manager, Loryn Smith has been great to work with. She has provided me with great materials and is very flexible for when I need to meet.

Ethico houses our Compliance Hotline. This has helped take the stress off of trying to house one in house and providing an anonymous option for our employees. This solution has been great to work with and easy to get it up and running.

**What do you like best about Ethico?**

I have worked with several Hotline, case management, and other compliance software providers and the staff at Ethico far exceeds the other providers for customer service.  From the set-up  to the ongoing account support, the staff is knowledgeable, actively listens to your issues, and promptly resolves your issues.  Unlike other Holtine providers, they aren't trying to upsell you on new products and provide assistance with the customer's busy schedule in mind. Jess, Marissa, Ashley, and Amrita are just a few that stand out.  The co-owners are very hands-on as well.

**What do you dislike about Ethico?**

The few issues that I believe can be improved on (sequential case numbering system) have been communicated to the owners and product team. They seem intent on improving

**What do you like best about Ethico?**

I really enjoy the ease of the MyCM and how easy it is to review cases.  I also very much appreciate the customer service and the responsiveness of our representative.  Our implementation went very smooth and I was also very impressed at how much we were able and allowed to customize for our hotline landing page.  

I met with Loryn today and she was great to speak with and very informative of the upcoming features and product enhancements.  She was also very prompt to schedule a meeting I requested and to follow-up in a timely fashion.

**What do you dislike about Ethico?**

I do not have any negative feedback.  I did request an additonal training on reporting functionality so I can be ready to pull reports for our Board, but that has already been scheduled.

The platform is user-friendly and offers features such as ad hoc reporting, which enables us to meet our business needs efficiently. One feature I particularly appreciate is the ability to select specific sanctions rather than having to exclude those we do not audit. The implementation of the Client Success Manager has been outstanding. Loryn has been incredibly helpful and responsive to all our questions. I look forward to continuing our collaboration with her in the new year.

We use the sanctions check solution and have found the platform to be user friendly and well-supported.

It's nice for our employees and customers to have a way to report concerns easliy and anonymously. It removes a lot of barriers that may otherwise keep people from speaking up. It was also a very easy implementation process, which is always nice when using a new software.

Depending on your company size, it can be costly.

**What problems is Ethico solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a public entity, we need to provide a way for customers to report any concerns, especially financial. Ethico gives our customers the ability to report these concerns easily. We also have some employees who may not feel comfortable speaking up about HR concerns, and Ethico gives them the platform to do so.

Customer support response time is excellent, and everyone has been very helpful in answering my questions.
We recently updated our account and implemented a web form, and the Ethico team made the process very easy, again being very responsive to our needs and questions.

Ethico is a such a platform where someone with ethical concern will be able to learn tools  and techniques for own and for the institution. Participants from diversified industry can share their though and challenges that cna benefits others.

Sometimes, not possible to get answer to questions during live session. A certificate of attendance can be provided with particioant's name on it.

Ethics  Compliance has become a  MUST for any types of industry. Without knowing the new tools and techniques, it wil be impossible to handle issues at workplace. I believe, Ethico Platform imparts new skills and Knowledge to accomodate with new  rules and regulations.

We received great customer service, from initial contact through the sales process to implementation. The ongoing support now we're operational is also excellent.

At a company / support level I have no dislikes at all.

**What problems is Ethico solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We operate in 20 countries, so the 24/7 live operator service in local language is benefitting us. Also, the CMS case management system is comprehensive and configurable to meet our needs. Reporting is also straightforward so we are in better control of our case management performance.

I engaged Ethico in a new role after using a competitor at my last two companies. Ethico is Compliance focused and built to leverage all the information a Compliance Officer would need. THey make the program easy to use and implementation is a breeze. Their customer service reps are extremely helpful and very responsive.

While they are the most complete Compliance focused product on the market I believe they can continue to develop new features which would be helpful for the industry.

Ensuring that I can track issues and present them to the board in a clear concise manner to ensure we have a well functioning compliance program.

Honestly, I can not think of anything that I dislike.  For the saize of our company, Ethico meets all of our needs.

**What do you like best about Ethico?**

So far so good. Over the past ~18 months I worked on the Hotline RFP, contract negotiation, solution implementation (including integration to our internal systems and the subsequent onboarding of different Enterprise business units to ComplianceLine’s Hotline Services (now Ethico). I have asked a key user to participate in this review as well.
What we like best:
•	Reporters quickly reach a live person, not a menu tree, no machines, they hear a compassionate human voice.
•	It was great that we could integrate with our internal case management system and that we can also use their case management portal, MyCM, which has a lot of nice features, such as the ability to easily document updates within the information section and provide additional information to reporters through the resolution area.
•	It is nice that we can attach documents to reports.
•	The reporting capabilities are great as we can breakdown the reports we receive and create charts and graphs.
•	Ethico also hosts free weekly webinars on a wide variety of relevant topics targeted at those with various levels of sophistication and maturity with respect to their Compliance programs. The 1-hour webinars are casual, informative, often offer tips & tricks, and provide a means to connect with others in the field.

**What do you dislike about Ethico?**

•	There were some difficulties and delays with the initial implementation and integration, not as much attention to detail and some miscommunications/misunderstandings, that we did work together to sort out. Both parties had learning curves. As other business units have been onboarded, we’ve found our groove and the onboarding goes rather seamlessly. 
•	The turnaround time to correct issues can be lengthy at times. For example, it took over a week to correct an issue impacting emails for each new case.
•	We had a few instances with the integration breaking, however we worked together to identify the issues and find/implement a resolution.
•	The look & feel could be more intuitive, and it’s slightly dated, but if this is what I can find to dislike, clearly, they have a pretty good solution and good people supporting it.

**What problems is Ethico solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We moved from another Hotline service provider to Ethico where we have a better working relationship, more robust reporting and the Hotline offers a good reporter experience. Reporters calling in can speak to a live person without going through any menus and the webforms are simple enough for a reporter to complete yet provide us enough information to begin working on the case.

**What do you like best about Ethico?**

My health system has been using Ethico since 2006, and I came into the picture in 2011. We've done requests for proposals because we are good stewards of our resources and want to ensure we have the best product and service for the best price. Hands down, Ethico always comes out on top. Their hotline representatives are so well trained (they are almost attorneys!) and professional and pull the information we need for our investigations from often emotional and difficult callers. Our account representatives are always amazing, as is their tech support. I highly recommend this company!

**What do you dislike about Ethico?**

There was one feature that Ethico didn't have that other hotline services did when we conducted our last RFP, and that was to contact complainants prior to their call back dates. Since then, Ethico created and added this feature. So, there is nothing that we dislike!

**What problems is Ethico solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ethico provides a way for our employees to report compliance concerns. We use the same number for all of our 130,000 employees and they are able to keep everything organized and provide the information we need to conduct investigations. Allowing us to get this information before the employees become whistleblowers so we can address problems immediately has undoubtably save us millions over the years.

**What do you like best about Ethico?**

We use Ethico for sanctioned persons and entities screening. What originally drew us to them was their $5 million "Actioncheck Guarantee" which the execs really loved. The onboarding process was very easy and they provided training to teach me how to use the system. I also get reports emailed directly to me as soon as they're available, which is extremely quickly. It's such an easy process that I also just signed up with them for their conflict of interest reporting system which I'm very excited to use.

**What do you dislike about Ethico?**

I have interacted with a number of different people, so the only issue I've come across is losing track of where to go for each question I have. I think there was a little bit of turnover in the team I was using, but that's happening everywhere and they have made the transition very easy. Not a huge concern at all.

**What problems is Ethico solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use their SanctionCheck 5.0 which screens our employees and vendors for matches to state and federal exclusion lists. A normal healthcare practice would never be able to complete this on their own. I know that by using this service we can rely on their results.

I'd like to use MyCM as a data repository for internal compliance investigations/record keeping purposes. It would be great if it was more adaptable to support this type of activity vs being a ticketing intake. It would be easier to search items for making updates by subject vs. ticket number.

The transition from our legacy hotline to ComplianceLine was smooth and easy, with a lot of great support.  The myCM dashboard is much more user-friendly, and configurable, and has all the metrics we use for internal monthly reporting. It is an excellent system to manage, document and follow-up on investigations. The training videos are a great resource unavailable through our old hotline, and the customer support has been responsive and thorough. We prefer the live Call Center reps, and the ability to customize the directives. ComplianceLine is an improvement over our previous system.

Some minor problems early on, which were to be expected and have been fixed. Very little to dislike about Ethico.

We switched to complianceline for our sanction checks and are saving $10k / year.  Their product is easy to use, and their staff is super helpful whenever we have a question or run into an issue.

At first it took a bit of getting used to (as with any new product), especially since bulk lists needed to be uploaded in csv format.  But now I find it super easy to use.

The dashboard that ComplianceLine has for the hotline calls is an easy way to at a glance to know where you are with the current volume of calls.  The MyCM software is easy to use and has some great functionality in documenting the investigation and follow-ups for the hotline calls.

The numbering of hotline calls is a little confusing but not a big issue.  ComplianceLine has been great to work with on improvement ideas.

ComplianceLine has enabled us to report more information, due to the information they capture, in our Compliance and Audit Committee reporting.  Being able to report on call abandonment has been useful.

Customer service is extremely responsive by email, phone, or video.  The system itself is easy to implement and provides a reliable incident logging process.  The team logging 800 numbers does an excellent job of logging calls, as well.  The platform is easy to customize, both for logging and reporting.

Honestly, I have little I dislike.  Some of the graphics are slightly dated, but that's not what I'm getting a program like this for!

Compliance is very easy to understand and use.  We like that there is a dedicated number assigned to our community.  Calls are answered by a live person.  It's a great way to manage calls and document investigations and follow-ups from the calls.

Would like to see an expansion of languages.  While there are many languages available, our culture and location have a lot of Tagalog-speaking, Chinese-speaking and Japanese-speaking people.
