We're able to integrate our on-prem environment fairly easily. It automatically pulls in user accounts. It allows us to notate their access levels and security controls directly in the software. Couple that with the fact that we're also able to store all of our previously manually generated and archived documentation, and you have software perfect for our needs. It would be better if someone of the visual elements were updated.

- Poor interface for mobile access

- No IOS or Android App

- Little to no Apple Support
