Some of the integrations don't always work every time. I have some issues with archiving reports to IT Glue consistently. Sometimes the internal vulnerability scanner appliances have to be reprovisioned to continue working as they just tend to get locked up even with the recommended amount of memory assigned. As an MSP, we are using the product to move into a new practice area. We're helping our government contractor clients prepare for the changes to CMMC, and the product gives us a framework and some guidance on working through all the controls. One thing I really like about the product is how the controls for multiple different compliance frameworks are integrated, so if (for instance) you need both HIPPA and CMMC or PCI, you get to answer some of the questions once, and have the answers applied to each standard as appropriate. I'm not sure it's a dislike exactly, but I'd like to see some links embedded into the product that could take you to the official documentation about each control. I'm sure there are "old hands" at compliance who don't need such assistance, but oftentimes turning the language of the controls into concrete policy is non-trivial, and links to more resources whch discuss the controls in more depth would be useful.
