I like the straightforward way you can go through the rapid baseline assessment to get an overview of the company's compliance standing, I really like the integration with other Kaseya tools that somewhat automates the evidence-gathering process, and I like how there are already libraries of controls including CMMC v2 and HIPAA. I'm not a fan of how a lot of the common controls are mapped to the compliance controls as written, I don't really like how a lot of the controls are written or explained, I think it lacks the automation it advertises, and unfortunately it doesn't help as much as I'd like to make the compliance process less grueling. for me it's the user-friendly interface as well as scalability, as our organizations grow, their compliance requirements may become more complex. The only complaint I have so far is that in the system standards it would be nice to be able to remove any non-relevant tasks/questions but after talking with Jose Borrego just now he mentioned "If you have a need to reduce the number of questions, then you would need to clone the system standard, delete any requirements not needed and the number of questions should be reduced when setting up the standards and controls (given that the number of requirements was reduced and therefore, less controls are needed to meet those requirements)" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
