With the help of Compliance Manager GRC tool , the management has become a really smooth process sighing the application. The integration across different compliance services is seamless.
The subscription time is very limited which eventually leads to buying the subscription again. It's bit of a tedious process. There has been no much enhancements from past few years.
It is solving the problem of filling in the data only one time in a year and can run the security scans for the business or client.
It's easy to perform so it saves a lot of resources.
The best thing about this Compliance manager GRC is that it allows organisations to enforce policies and procedures related to IT security and regulatory compliance. It provides a centralised platform to communicate document and track adherence to these policies.
Didn't find anything specific as of now to dislike. Just that the onboarding process and deployment can be less cumbersome than it currently is

The workflow of Compliance Manager GRC helps simplify the onboarding of resources in our compliance team. Also the ability to create the customer standards really helps.
The only issue we have today is the level of integration with VulScan. It currently requires manual uploading for the Vulcan outpuut into Compliance Manager GRC before you can move foward.
I allows us to automate compliance data gathering of many sources into one platform and correlate it.

Compliance Manager GRC combines a utility to scan the devices in the network as well as a guided walkthrough of the compliance elements to ensure that compliance reports are thorough and well documented.
There may be a minimum subscription and time period in order to use Compliance Manager GRC. I believe we have to pay for five devices on a three year commitment.
We use Compliance Manager GRC to do HIPPA or security compliance reviews for businesses that have a compliance need. For example, one client needs to document efforts taken to be CMMC compliant. Using Compliance Manager GRC, we were able to scan their environment, identify the areas that needed to be improved and document those improvements. They now have a report that discusses how they meet each of the requirements for compliance.
We really enjoy the management plan (sometimes called a POAM - Plan of Action and Milestones) for having a prioritized list of items that need to be addressed.
Most of the downsides have been addressed in recent years. I love that CIS controls have been added. And that GRC now allows us to generate new documentation whenever desired.
Compliance Manager allows us to scan our client's networks and get accurate answers to many compliance answers. It also generates all the needed documentation and supporting forms needed to show compliance status, and scores.
The tool is very inclusive of all components and explanation of each discipline.
The cost when you weigh it against the number opportunities to use the tool.
