We also like the intergration with Sage for postings and how we can use punchout applications such as Amazon FB for a seamless way to order products. **What do you dislike about Compleat Software?** We do occasionaly have performance issues with iCompleat where the system can take a while to load and refresh. We would like to be able to manage contracts and expense forms better in iCompleat, currently there is no functionality. **Recommendations to others considering Compleat Software:** Iniditial demo's and discussions with the iCompeat team were very good and clear which enabled us to understand the product and meet our requirements. The team are very supportive and have helped us every step of the way to ensure we are setup and working to how we want. iCompleat has great functionality and continiously adding features and updates, it is user friendly and intergrates with our accounting system. The initial admin setup was a breeze. From raising POs to reviewing and approving invoices - it's so simple. **What do you dislike about Compleat Software?** It would be great if it became possible to filter approved invoices to more easily find certain suppliers or amounts. **Recommendations to others considering Compleat Software:** It is straightforward to use. Team training needs are minimal. **What problems is Compleat Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** All invoices are accounted for and easily matched against POs. Reduces the number of any invoices missed and also helps increase efficiency in the processing team. ### 3. Printing out invoices, analysing them and putting the same date onto sage / xero would take a huge chunk out of your day. Now, I can go on icompleat once or twice a week and go through all invoices, knowing once i've hit ok, they'll be posted on my ledger awaiting to be paid. **What do you dislike about Compleat Software?** It can be slow at times or not include invoice sometimes. The customer service is awful at times, or even non-existent. It makes it really frustrating that you are asked to leave your name an number and then don't get a call back. **What problems is Compleat Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Data entry becomes easier, it's just a matter of reviewing and adding a note if there's anything that needs to be queried. It's also saving time on printing and filing. With me being the only member in accounts, it is handy to have something that takes the pressure off in certain departments. ### 4. It has saved so much work internally across all our departments. I can also easily search for previous invoices within the system. I have just started using the Amazon booking tool via iCompleat and again find it seamless and very easy to use. This has saved me having to download and send copies of all my Amazon invoices internally. Great find saving, easy to use system. **What do you dislike about Compleat Software?** There is nothing I dislike about iCompleat. **What problems is Compleat Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's great for storing all our invoices in one place, it's easy to review the history with each invoice. It is a huge time saver. I don't personally use the reporting side but our finance department do and find it fabulous. ### 6. In this capacity it's an invaluable tool and ends years of rifling through, bulging, 'dog-eared' and sometimes lost paper-work. Invoices can be sent directly to the system further enhancing a paper-less environment. It's simple and clean to use. Layout is easy to grasp. It has revolutionised storage, retrieval, editing and works out VAT too:) **What do you dislike about Compleat Software?** Nothing significant, but again, I don't use all its functionalities. However, just one comment. When sending PO's for approval and budget is exceeded, it's easy to overlook the 'out of budget' warning as it's not prominent enough. This means PO's are not being attended to and languish. A larger warning or pop-up in the middle of the screen would be great. **Recommendations to others considering Compleat Software:** As an administrator using it solely for Purchase Orders it has made a remarkable difference and we could never return to our old way of working. It has made operations safer as PO's are centralised, VAT mistakes eliminated. **What problems is Compleat Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** I only have access to Compleat for Purchase Orders, but I appreciate being able to search, edit and retrieve instantly, and eliminate cumbersome filing. It has made a 100% improvement to my job. ### 9. When we raise a requisition, we can also set up specific approval routes so that your company can manage who approves particular items. To receipt a purchase Order is quick and straightforward, and if there are any errors, easy to edit. For employees to set a nominee during annual leave is very helpful and makes things much more efficient. **What do you dislike about Compleat Software?** Not much I dislike in Compleat software, although once a purchase order has been approved, I am unsure how to cancel this if an error is detected or if the PO is no longer required. **Recommendations to others considering Compleat Software:** I would definitely recommend Compleat Software to other users as it is a great tool for many uses and enhances the processes. Using this software helps reduce paper and manual proceses, Compleat is widely available to users working from home and therefore does not pose any restrictions when not in the office. It is secure and reliable when you need it to be, we have the software linked up to our accounting system, and this works great in the background. We rarely need to contact the support desk, but when we do, the service is superb. **What problems is Compleat Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of the problems we have solved is managing approval routes. We have also minimised some of the time to complete payment runs. We can easily detect unapproved invoices and purchase orders, and being able to identify where the approval is stuck is a quick way to resolve. The flexible workflow approvals allow this to work for all scenarios. **What do you dislike about Compleat Software?** It does not allow for pro-forma invoices in the way we would like. **What problems is Compleat Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** The software is constantly being worked on, and suggestions are taken on board.
