What do you like best about Compleat Software?

First of all the team are superb, especially on the Procurement Services front as they really understand the function. It takes stress off your hands in automatically finding savings opportunities for you, which is not something I would have expected from a transactional software solution. The software itself has been surprisingly quick and painless to implement. They really do fill a void left behind by the major suites who tend to only focus on blue-chip logos. Find the best package for you, as there are a range of options available. Also, don't discount these guys if you have business units in multiple countries, as they do have global coverage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Compleat Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem Compleat solved was taking a very manual process from requisition to approval to order. It was taking the business many hours of resource for such a trivial procedure. The software took that pain away from us within days, giving users a very easy and streamlined way to purchase goods. We've also witnessed many hundreds of thousands of pounds saving on our spend through the Procurement Services offering of taking our spend data and looking for consolidation opportunities, billing mistakes etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Compleat Software?

I can have my supplier send invoices directly to iCompleat or I can forward them on either scanned or from my mailbox, what was one of my consideration points was varying invoice formats from word docs, excel and pdf, iCompleat handles all these, so makes my life easy as I don’t have to think about handling invoices at all. What do you dislike about Compleat Software?

Early stage teething problems in 2018 but dealt with quickly and efficiently Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Compleat Software:

We went for the annual plan as it saved us around a months worth of sub fees. Also worth checking with your accounting provider if they are a reseller of iCompleat as you could have all support provided by one company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Compleat Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

Not having to check mailboxes, code invoices or even get a signature for an invoice. iCompleat has helped our business automate the vast majority of invoices received, even the complex ones with multiple coding on an invoice. What do you like best about Compleat Software?
