Through strict centralized data collection rules, transparent analytics, and powerful visualization tools, COMPASS provides efficient counter-party risk tools with integrated bid management. COMPASS SRP COMPASS SRP provides the most advanced analytics in the industry to help assess subcontractor risk. Driven by standardized data collection in the 1Form, COMPASS SRP provides a Q Score for every subcontractor that numerically indicates their risk level as well as the option to customize outputs to match every GC's risk appetite. COMPASS SELECT A fully integrated bid tendering tool, COMPASS Select leverages the data and analytics of COMPASS SRP to allow estimating teams to create and send bid lists tailored to their needs. Sort and filter subcontractors based on a range of criteria to ensure maximum coverage and efficiency. COMPASS Eval COMPASS Eval is a subcontractor review tool that allows project managers to review subcontractors using standardized questions that can be supplemented with individualized comments. Eval reviews are only visible to the General Contractor who wrote them. COMPASS Connect Leveraging the open APIs of the COMPASS platform, COMPASS Connect ensures integration with the systems you use on a daily basis. **What do you like best about COMPASS by Bespoke Metrics?**

I am a risk consultant for an insurance company.  I used Compass Pulse to gather data points to see the most current and up-to-date trends amongst subcontractors in my area.  This allowed me to make faster decisions on who we can work with as a company.

**What do you dislike about COMPASS by Bespoke Metrics?**

It was a bit of a challenge to understand how to read the results and different data points provided to me.  But having this information in the field was so valuable.

**What problems is COMPASS by Bespoke Metrics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a risk consultant and industry expert, this provides me the intel for working with subcontractors and the trends in the market.  Also, I kept limits at the correct rate with consistent information, such as changes in headcount.
