I'm sorry to say that the renewal and support have let us down. Currently also using Metallic for our on-prem off-site backups and although the purchase order was submitted in time, our backups have been stopped because the account manager was on holiday and the renewal wasn't processed in time. Metallic is really good for email backup. It has an easy to to use graphical interface and it is self-explanatory, I was able to create our email backup without any help. It has a lot of features like the retention policy that meets FINRA and SEC requirements for financial institutions. It has WORM (Read once Write Many) capabilities which makes retention very good.
