Regulated firms change customer letters and emails all the time: a new arrears notice, a revised fee sentence, a wording fix after a complaint. In many teams each change still goes through engineering, and the approval sits in an email thread. CommsPliant gives compliance, operations and engineering teams one place to manage those communications. Business users edit templates and check them with sample data. Every change creates a new version. The person who writes a change cannot approve it, so approval is independent. Only approved versions are used for generation, which connects to the systems the organisation already uses through an API. Each generated document is linked to the template version and approval behind it in the CommsPliant Evidence Vault, which stores a cryptographic hash of the output by default rather than the full document. AI can suggest wording; people review and approve every change. Built in the UK for debt collection, financial services, insurance, pensions, telecoms and utilities.
