Common Ground Business 2 is science based sexual harassment and abusive conduct prevention training that satisfies legal requirements in all 50 states. This program was designed to eliminate boring, click-through training that doesn't achieve change and annoys your employees. Common Ground Business 2 uses real-life situations, humor, and clear messaging so that training is both fun and impactful. Using WILL Interactive’s Choose Your Own Journey™ format, Common Ground Business 2 allows users to play multiple characters, having them make important decisions, and experience the consequences of those decisions, in a simulated environment so that those mistakes don't have to be made in real life. The interactive movie combines exciting, interactive decision-making and real-time quizzes that keep your employees engaged while they build understanding of key messages.

**What do you like best about Common Ground Business 2?**

It blocks my expectations with its features and less user friendly interface. It lacks the ability to meet all the compliance requirements for sexual harassment training making it an poor choice for California businesses.

**What do you dislike about Common Ground Business 2?**

The program could benefit from solving biases and macroaggressions that still exist in the workplace. The decision making activities and quizzes feel somewhat superficial and lack real time feedback that encourages employee engagement.

**What problems is Common Ground Business 2 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Common Ground Business 2 is unable to solve the issue of management by not promoting a culture of preparation and prevention. This obstructs our company to solve issues beforehand preventing them from escalating into difficulties.
