Labor is a contractor’s most important asset and largest controllable cost. Common Forge helps construction companies stop margin leakage and keep their A-players. Our platform, SPARC, is built for MEP and self-performing contractors. It matches each person’s skills to the skills each job requires, so the right people are on the right jobs at the right time. SPARC draws on job-cost history, GC schedule changes and foremen’s look-aheads, with AI that flags gaps before they hit the jobsite. The result: less wasted time in the field, and a clear view of where each person can grow next, so your best people stay.
