# How does ThinQ stay in business after being purchased by Commio?
We used to use ThinQ (now Commio) for our backup routes. They were not competitive with other options so we only used them for our backup routes. When they asked about increasing our business with them, we told them to simply lower their prices and we would give them more business. Instead they tried to force the issue by announcing they were going to charge us a monthly minimum that was 4-5 times what we were spending. We canceled the service immediately and received confirmation that our account was closed and balance was zero.
This past week we were contacted by their collections department about a past due amount which was related to minimum fees after cancelation. I asked to speak with the people responsible for the new policy and the new policies which lead to our cancellation. The executives refused to speak with me.
They left a really bad taste in my mouth. Bad business.
