Our experience has been very positive. They've done a great job with syncing our ERP data into Zoho CRM, even when Zoho threw them a few curveballs (with changes on Zoho's end). They were able to navigate those changes without causing any issues on our end. The overall sync process can take a long time and there can be a lot of back and forth. I think this is really dependent on the customer and how much data you are syncing though. We implemented our Commercient Sync in 2014. If I could go back in time, I would've made sure we took advantage of the native "parent/child relationship" functionality in Salesforce.
