The website often doesn't work, it's hard for customers to create an account, doesn't work for many of my customers, and gives them error messages often. I feel it should work better for how expensive it is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CommentSold?

I love that my customers are able to add their own items to their cart and there is no need for me to send invoices!! This feature alone has saved me so much time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CommentSold?

It has been difficult for me to figure out how to create an online store but since I have a Shopify store I haven't put much thought or research into it. I would also like to be able to use other streaming software to make my live shows more entertaining. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
