Utilizing it we can achieve many purposes and we can create a connection with our consumers too. Our product can be displayed for our customers with it. It has given us the leverage of posting images and videos on many social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram and can promote our business. It has all the social selling tools along with personalized websites and shipments. A massive uplift in our business is what we have witnessed after using it. **What do you dislike about CommentSold?** Initiating it was a little hard task for us as we were unable to find some important options that should be made easily and readily available in order to create ease for its users. It will not disappoint. My sales have also increased since using this software. It's a win-win! **What do you dislike about CommentSold?** The only thing I dislike is that you have to stream from your mobile app and have a laptop or hard computer up at the same time to stream. It would be easier if you could just use one or the other but you have to link them both together in order to do a live sale **What problems is CommentSold solving and how is that benefiting you?** I really haven't had any problems with comment sold but when I was first using the software and learning they were right there to give me all the help and support that I wanted and needed very quickly. ### 4. The customer service at Comment Sold is very helpful too! Our customers enjoy the simplicity of the entire purchase, from registration through the sale completion and order tracking. Reporting is great and the dashboard is super easy to use. **What do you dislike about CommentSold?** I wish it would integrate with more store platforms, but we are in the process of switching to Shopify, so will remove that hurdle. **What problems is CommentSold solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are giving our customer an easy way to shop without having to go to our site. It added a personalized touch. I also enjoy being able to contact my customers directly while still in the platform. I can schedule post on my Business page AND instagram!! There are so many ways to consume orders! My customers love the site because they can see pictures of my inventory with Live inventory quantities. **What do you dislike about CommentSold?** When I go Live via the CS app, I have poor connectivity and the "comment Sold" is not adding product to the carts. A lot of the time, I have to go back after my live and manually add items to my customers carts. Once this hiccup is resolved, it will be awesome!! I do not like that I have to prepay shipping at a $100 minimum. First starting out, this delayed my shipping tremendously. It still causes pause but not as often. **Recommendations to others considering CommentSold:** Offering Prepaid shipping at a lesser minimum; like $50. **What problems is CommentSold solving and how is that benefiting you?** Invoice time has reduced greatly!! Since I first started using this platform, so many things have changed for my business. I have more time with my family. My kids can help with entering inventory because it is super navigable! I wish CommentSold and Shopify were a little more “integrated” **Recommendations to others considering CommentSold:** Make sure that you have a handle on your inventory so you don’t have to continually update quantities and descriptions...this can be time-consuming. **What problems is CommentSold solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have no need to pull inventory until orders are paid for and customers are happy to see a picture of exactly what they claimed on a live show to keep track of their purchases as they go. We don’t have to build purchase baskets and then manually bill, which saves us hundreds of hours and so many fewer abandoned carts! ### 9.
