Spam and scam comments under a paid Facebook or Instagram post cost you the click you already paid for. CommentDefender checks every new comment on your connected Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts against your rules and hides the matches within seconds, day and night, on posts and on ads. You choose what gets caught: links, emails and phone numbers, your own keyword list, mentions, hashtags and emoji, plus image and GIF comments on Facebook. A whitelist of words overrules every other rule. A match is hidden by default, not deleted, and you can restore it at any time. Rules belong to one page, so a client never inherits another client's settings, and you can copy a rule set to other pages when they should match. Team members get a role and a list of pages, so a VA or a client sees only their own, with no shared passwords. Every action is logged with the rule that caused it. Moderation starts when you connect a page. Comments posted before then are not touched. Instagram accounts must be professional accounts linked to a Facebook Page. AI profanity and negativity filters, and AI-drafted replies that you review before anything is sent, are coming soon and switched off today. Plans start at $9 a month for 1,000 comments.
