## Command|Link Reviews
  ### 1. Effortless Onboarding, Great Service Team, and Major Cost Savings.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew F. | IT Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Command|Link?**

Onboarding new services was a breeze. The service portal is was built with intent and the features allow us have a great overview of our services and their health.

**What do you dislike about Command|Link?**

There is a lot of information in the service portal for each connection, some of it was missing when we added a new service but it was quickly fixed.

**What problems is Command|Link solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously had a mix of connections through different vendors and the pricing was all over the place. CommandLink has simplified all of that for us and the pricing was way better than other vendors we've dealt with. We also no longer have to deal with the service provider companies directly, as CommandLink handles that for us.

  ### 2. The Most Reliable Service and Support Model I’ve Used

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen C. | Director of Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Command|Link?**

Their service and support model truly stands out as top tier. Command Link approaches the relationship more like a partner than a typical carrier. Whenever an issue arises, I’m not left waiting in a generic support queue, they respond quickly, communicate transparently, and remain engaged until the problem is fully resolved. The account team is both hands-on and highly responsive, showing a level of proactivity that’s uncommon in this industry. Having a dedicated team that understands our environment and addresses issues directly, without shifting blame, has significantly reduced the operational friction I used to deal with.

**What do you dislike about Command|Link?**

The main shortcoming is the restricted control available for managed APs and switches via the website. While visibility is adequate, the platform lacks the detailed configuration options and granular management capabilities that are typically necessary for daily network operations.

**What problems is Command|Link solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Command Link simplifies the entire connectivity stack across our multi-site clinics. Instead of juggling different carriers, invoices, and support portals for each location, everything is consolidated into one platform with clear, easy-to-understand billing. Their team owns issues end to end with no carrier handoffs, which is critical when a clinic’s uptime directly impacts patient workflows, telehealth sessions, and EHR access. The result is faster resolution, less administrative overhead, and consistent support across all locations. Command Link delivers predictable performance and frees up my time to focus on higher-value IT work rather than vendor coordination.

  ### 3. Lightning-Fast Ticket Responses and Hands-On Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sumit B. | Network Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Command|Link?**

The reason I’m giving 10 points to Command Link, and what I like best about them, is the response time we get on our tickets. They always respond quickly. And if we aren’t able to solve the problem through email, they’re always ready to jump on a Teams call or a phone call to help get it resolved.

**What do you dislike about Command|Link?**

They could improve the GUI for their portal, as it looks a little outdated.

**What problems is Command|Link solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are our MSP for network integration and security. They follow cybersecurity best practices, which allows us as a company to focus on other priorities. As a result, they save us time while keeping us secure.

  ### 4. World-Class Partnership That Meets All Our Needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristy W. | Vice President, IT Business Management and Enterprise Indirect Spend, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Command|Link?**

CommandLink has a strong structure that supports not only our current needs, but our future needs as well. We have dedicated resources on both sides, which makes us more efficient and allows us to move faster and more accurately for our customers. Overall, they perform at a world-class level.

**What do you dislike about Command|Link?**

To date, we haven’t found anything to dislike. From the very start of our partnership, they’ve consistently been able to meet all of our needs.

**What problems is Command|Link solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before partnering with CommandLink, we were working with 50 different ISP vendors, which significantly impacted our operations through vendor management overhead, higher costs, troubleshooting challenges, performance monitoring issues, and added administrative burden. In just over a year, we consolidated more than 130 sites and delivered not only additional bandwidth, but also reduced costs. We were also able to add secondary circuits at 54 sites where we previously hadn’t been able to.

  ### 5. Reliable ISP Account Management with Real-Time Alerts and SLA-Exceeding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jermaine A. | Director of integration services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Command|Link?**

We were looking for a reliable way to manage multiple ISP accounts, and Command Link provided the perfect solution. They’re an easy company to work with, always collaborative, and quick to help resolve any challenges that come up. Their engineering team consistently follows—and often exceeds—our SLA expectations. The real-time alerts for site connectivity issues have been a huge plus for our operations.

Thanks, Command Link!

**What do you dislike about Command|Link?**

N/A - Command link has been great. We dont have anything currently that we dislike.

**What problems is Command|Link solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manage multiple ISP accounts into one platform and monitoring branch site locations

  ### 6. A Great Admin Portal Backed by a Responsive, Supportive Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike H. | Network Administrator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Command|Link?**

Let's start with the portal- its a great tool to have as an administrator. The team is responsive, supportive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Command|Link?**

Nothing at this time. If there were any issues or dislikes, they would have been addressed and resolved.

**What problems is Command|Link solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dealing with ISP's trying to get the best possible circuit in our centers.

  ### 7. CommandLink Is a Game Changer: Seamless, One-Place Access Across Departments

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shelly L. | Senior Analyst, Telecom Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Command|Link?**

The CommankLink platform is a game changer. It allows several of our departments to access and review our services in ONE PLACE.

**What do you dislike about Command|Link?**

There is nothing I dislike about CommandLink. The process from start to finish works flawlessly.

**What problems is Command|Link solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CommandLink is our one stop shop. We don't need to reach out to several aggregators or carriers to request services. CommandLink does all the work for us!

  ### 8. Top-Notch Support Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan A. | IT Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Command|Link?**

The support it top notch and they always meet the SLA.

**What do you dislike about Command|Link?**

There is nothing that I can say I dislike.

**What problems is Command|Link solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We went from 10 different bills down to 1 bill for all of our interent circuits for all our locations. Also whenever there is an issue with one of the carriers I open a ticket with commandlink and they deal with the carrier directly.

  ### 9. Seamless Implementation and Outstanding Support with CommandLink so Far

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Command|Link?**

CommandLink simplified our implementation process by eliminating the need to manage separate contracts with each of our ISPs. Their support has also been excellent; they respond promptly to support events and automatically open tickets when necessary. I am eager to continue working with them in the long term and to gain even more value from their services.

**What do you dislike about Command|Link?**

One minor issue I've encountered is that the subject lines of the automated alert emails are not very well optimized. They currently start with 'CommandLink Service Alert: Location Bandwidth|Link 500M/20M Cable Broadband Internet:', which occupies most of the visible space on a mobile device. As a result, the important 'Ping Up' or 'Ping Down' status is only visible at the very end. It would make more sense to have the Location and Ping Status at the beginning of the subject line, so it's easier to immediately understand the purpose of the alert. That said, I want to emphasize that this is a small issue—everything else has been excellent!

**What problems is Command|Link solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They handle the routine aspects of our interactions with ISPs, which really helps to eliminate the hassle of dealing with billing and technical support.

  ### 10. Proactive Support and Outstanding Communication from Commandlink

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cutberto M. | Vice President of Information Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Command|Link?**

Commandlink offers great customer service. They respond to issues before we are aware, and often resolve them before they become an issue. They follow up with us and provide great communication.

**What do you dislike about Command|Link?**

There's nothing I dislike with CommandLink at the moment.

**What problems is Command|Link solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They're maintaining our headquarters connection. Their monitoring and support hs been great.
