What do you like best about Command|Link?

What I appreciate most about Command|Link is their user portal, as well as the way they assign each customer a dedicated group of technicians. This means you don’t have to deal with a generic 1-800 customer service line. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Command|Link?
