The only thing that disappoints me about it is that it doesn't notify you when a task is due or has any steps left to complete. This can occasionally cause a longer delay in the project's completion. The application is an outstanding and most worthy tool in the market for organising and arranging the processes for completing the projects at one location. The user interface of the application is an amazing experience when using it, making the user and client interaction so easier and happening everytime. The project discussion had become easier and flexible in between the teams who are working on one projects. The feature in this software is its notifying technology, which sends notifications to the user if there is any work or project pending or needs to be completed before the deadline. When processing and handling multiple projects simultaneously, this feature helps in keeping in mind which software to be processed and what steps needs to be taken. While planning the process of completion for new project, the drag and drop feature in this software helps in making the file importing and placing easier. It is really a time saving feature for all. For keeping everything arranged and managed properly, this application is best. The most wonderful are the AI tools of this software which are helping the users in making everything possible on or before time with advance level of accuracy. For setting it up for the first time on your systems, it gets quite complicated for new users and even for new devices, the configuration is quite difficult and time consuming. Helping us to organise and manage the project data at one location and managing to handle and and schedule the process afor completing the work on time. Every information regarding the completed project and the team members is maintained and managed on this platform only, so this became easier for me to review and access the data as everything is stored at this one location itself, no multiple apps needs to be installed. I like that Comindware features customization features which offers so much flexibility in terms of making sure I get the best experience out of this product. In this scenario, Comindware requires no expertise to create customized web forms which are very helpful in promoting intuitiveness. Using Comindware I like that it is very easy to set up and get it running hence it is very easy to use. The only factor that I have found to be a drawback in my experience with this product was the price per user which made the software expensive considering the number of users that I work with that was too many. It clears the maze around any project to a great extend. You can set priority for tasks as per the project requirement. You can track how time your team members are spending on a particular project and do a comparison. Also, you can identify number of hours spent on a project in timesheets. You can check the status of a particular task and you can also see how busy your workforce is currently. How many tasks that they have in their platter and their entire workload. Comindware Project software can be installed in IOS devices, android, and Windows and its software is also used for video conferences and documentation purposes and it is very easy to use. It can only be used online and during business hours and its software can cover the full project process in a single system. Comindware Project is manufactured for middle-class companies to larger groups companies to fulfill the business needs. Comindware Project software is not provided for MAC which is a Demerit for the software and risk management and budget management option are not given in the menu bar which is an important part of the software to work properly. Comindware is an excellent choice for project tasks management and setting up the workflow process automation. It helps reducing the manual workflow of dealing with individuals using Microsoft excel files and emails, it has a very smooth interface which is easy to understand and anyone can get well versed with it spending minimum amount of time. Creating a workflow is real easy which also helps the process and gives an overall view of how the things will get executed. Ease of use while setting up the workflow process, whenever you switch from manually creating excel files which defines the tasks, activities and details of workflow and sharing them over email with constant follow-ups to an automated process, it saves tons of time for each team member.
