## About Comfi
Comfi is a BNPL for B2B SaaS vendors. Comfi integrates in your sales processes to help you sell more annual contracts by providing your customers with payment flexibility and access to annual discounts, while you get paid upfront. Your customers sign up for annual, but pay monthly. You, as a vendor, get the whole some upfront. Comfi takes the risks and collects from customers.

**What do you like best about Comfi?**

They were friendly and accommodating at the beginning of the relationship.

**What do you dislike about Comfi?**

Trademark Factory® has been using Comfi Payments (Comfi App / Comfi.ai) for their BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) service between June 2023 and December 2023.

Things were going relatively well until they chose to discontinue their service to us at the end of December, which they had the right to do.

What they did not have the right to do is not pay us under the last batch they collected for us, for a total of USD $17k+.

We caught this in July of 2024 and they have since been feeding us promises to review, cross-check, and figure things out. All this just to buy time and not pay under what they owe under the contract.

We have preserved all evidence and are considering taking legal action against this company.

**What problems is Comfi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It used to help us offer our trademark registration services to clients who wanted to split the fee into multiple monthly installments
