The backups complete without issue. It is easy to setup new users and devices. I have Comet Backup integrated with BackBlaze and that was pretty seamless to get setup. I have contacted support about 3 times and they are very quick to respond and help answer any questions. **What do you dislike about Comet Backup?** Overall, Comet Backup doesn't really have any cons so far and I have been using it for over a year. If I had to choose something, I would say that the interface could be a little better laid out. The retention policies are a little confusing to understand, until you get the hang of it. **What problems is Comet Backup solving and how is that benefiting you?** When I found Comet Backup, I was looking for a cost effective backup solutions for mainly file backups, but do use it on a couple of servers, including 1 VM. They offered everything I needed and at a better price point then most. ### 2. I appreciate that it's fully integrated with both cloud storage and local storage, making it highly versatile. It's great at taking backups of VMware, and I'm looking forward to starting with Proxmox as well.
