Comet Backup has been over a money saver and has functioned very well. The backups complete without issue. It is easy to setup new users and devices. I have Comet Backup integrated with BackBlaze and that was pretty seamless to get setup. I have contacted support about 3 times and they are very quick to respond and help answer any questions. If I had to choose something, I would say that the interface could be a little better laid out. The retention policies are a little confusing to understand, until you get the hang of it. I like that Comet Backup is used for taking any kind of data backup, which other software aren't capable of. I appreciate that it's fully integrated with both cloud storage and local storage, making it highly versatile. It's great at taking backups of VMware, and I'm looking forward to starting with Proxmox as well. The most advanced feature that totally make this a different and first choice is the availablity of various languages. I have tried multiple softwares but in most of them we don't have basic regional language but it allows you to choose in which language you want to backup the data. Likewise , the language it gives the option of backing platform such as cloud storage of Google or Amazon Web service etc and if you do not want to make so much husstle you can simple save into this software too . It is like a bank locker to your data and information. The customer support is 24/7 active you can raise issue at any point of time and you will get proper response.
