The platform has an easy to grasp design. It allows the building of configurators using 3D models with minimal prior experience in the field. The on-board capabilities of the platform can be extended through use of JavaScript to allow for more flexible solution. The company was very helpful providing a demo and an individual tutorial of the platform. Even after that point if help was needed it was provided swiftly and without unnecessary red tape. Combeenation is a relatively new platform and has restrictions based in that fact. Some parts of the documentation are still being updated and at point of review there were some that simply did not exist or were incomplete. The used Hive-Language is a unique challenge as it is an internally developed tool and online resources are restricted to the Combeenation documentation. Nice contact persons. Fast communication. Management is well thought out and structured. The graphics are good and also the ideas about the look of the configurator/menu. What initially looks like all-inclusive and little effort because permanent Btereuung, unfortunately, but requires a lot of work of the assistance of images, data, texts and many test loops. Monthly subscription amount is already due upon conclusion of the contract, i.e. there are already monthly costs, even if you do not yet have a configurator. Another negative point: loading times of the configurator are at the limit... In the end, we would have been cheaper if we had had a configurator programmed once and had it adapted during updates.
