**What do you like best about Collingwood Press?**

The best part was how they handled all the annoying tech stuff to get my ebook out into the world. They formatted the file perfectly so it looks great on phones, tablets, and Kindles. Plus, they got it listed on all the big bookstore websites, not just Amazon. I love that readers can buy it wherever they usually shop.

**What do you dislike about Collingwood Press?**

The formatting team asked a ton of questions at the beginning about how I wanted the chapters to look, which felt a little overwhelming at first. But looking back, I'm glad they did because the final ebook turned out exactly the way I wanted it.
