It automates customer follow-ups, qualifies disputes and tracks insolvency proceedings, so finance teams reduce late payments and protect cash flow. Automated dunning. Collection scenarios are configured per portfolio and combine email, postal mail and internal messages in a single sequence, before and after due dates. Every action is logged with a full audit trail, and collectors work from a daily task organizer instead of spreadsheets. Dispute management. Every contested invoice becomes a qualified case, assigned to a resolver and tracked until it is settled with the sales, logistics or accounting teams. Customers can view their invoices and raise a dispute through a customer portal. Customer risk. Collectys Cash monitors BODACC legal announcements and flags insolvency proceedings on the affected account as soon as they are published. Customer records are matched and completed from the official French registers (INSEE and INPI), even when the company ID is missing, and each account keeps its own payment history. Receivables reporting. Dashboards show outstanding balances, ageing balance, DSO and average payment delay per account, with multi-criteria reporting and cash collection forecasts. Groups can manage several companies in one place and consolidate their receivables. ERP integration. Twelve accounting and business applications connect directly, with no column mapping: Pennylane (read-only), MyUnisoft, Odoo, Sellsy, Axonaut, Dolibarr, Zoho Books and Zoho Invoice, QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central online; Sage 100, EBP and Cegid Quadra Compta through a lightweight extractor installed on your side. Any other French accounting software can send its FEC (the standard audit file) as is, or an Excel/CSV file. Scheduled imports report what was accepted and rejected, and a token-authenticated REST API is available. A Chorus Pro connection handles public-sector invoicing, depending on the plan. Hosting and security. Collectys Cash is a web application delivered as SaaS: nothing to install on user workstations. It is hosted by BGD on infrastructure located in France, with encrypted backups, named traceability of every action, and fine-grained permissions by screen and by action. The interface and dunning templates are available in six languages: French, English, German, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese.
