Why on earth would I want to sit around worrying about bookkeeping and taxes and payroll and compliance while I am wearing every single other hat in my business? What do you like best about Collective?

"Attentive, helpful, & a major stress relief"

What do you like best about Collective?

Their customer service is fantastic. My accountant through Collective was changed and I was honestly sad over it, that's how nice they are. I've had major life crises happen over the last year or so and couldn't attend to my books, and they were ridiculously helpful and understanding. Thumbs up. Five stars. Everything. What do you dislike about Collective?

Collective is a little pricey if they aren't processing your personal taxes as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Collective:

Honestly I recommend Collective to anyone who owns an LLC and is looking to switch to an S Corp structure and/or needs payroll. It's been a brilliant switch and I'm extremely happy with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Collective?

Collective assigns each business owner a dedicated staff. It always feels like I'm being served by real people that truly care about making the exeperience stress-free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Collective?

Collective works with Xero which then automatically syncs my bookkeeping data straight to the team, but in order to take advantage of Xero's invoicing you have to navigate away from your Collective dashboard. I'd love to have everything integrated (as they have with their payroll software partner). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Collective:

Don't hesitate! Collective would be worth the cost even if they weren't saving you money on your taxes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They are a company operating between a start-up and a company with a tremendous secret sauce. When they do something new and change an SOP for their clients, sometimes things fall in the cracks when they evolve something, which short-term can be frustrating, but long-term is incredible.
