To me, this isn’t efficient and I could just as well do the same. **Recommendations to others considering Collective Health:** Make sure to educate yourself on the platform. You can download your insurance cards which is super nice. **What do you dislike about Collective Health?** Haven't found anything I dislike besides still having to call the office to make sure they cover you. **What problems is Collective Health solving and how is that benefiting you?** Booking appointments has been super easy, I have saved a lot of time using this app. ### 3. Particularly, I love having access to all my insurance cards on my phone and not have to worry about carrying the physical cards with me.I also like that you can find health providers on the map. **What do you dislike about Collective Health?** I am satisfied as it is. Finding a provider was easy. I had to file a claim after the fact and that was super easy. Additionally, the mobile access was easy and productive. ### 9.
