What do you like best about Collectiv?

What do you dislike about Collectiv?

It would be great if the team worked here at ZS and understood our data for each channel immediately at kick-off. However, they get up to speed quickly and help us make the most with our data and display it in an easy to use fashion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Collectiv solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Collectiv, we've been able to get our reports out into the market faster. We've also been able to drive user adoption and scale up much more quickly than we would have without outside experts. "PowerBI/Data Crisis Resolution"

My company is contracted with our state government to build a data and collaboration portal for clinics participating in a public health grant that our state was awarded by the CDC. We had over a year's worth of powerbi workspaces and reports that were deleted and couldn't be recovered. We contracted with Collectiv to resolve this crisis and we could not be more satisfied with their work and professionalism. Not only are they resolving our crisis, but the knowledge and experience they have has brought us to contract with them for other projects. I would have liked more hands-on assistance. We had a struggle and received suggestions that never resolved the problem, finally, rewriting the USP to handle the date/time values differently was the only way to resolve the problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Collectiv:

Make sure you scope out your desires first. I found that even though we stated we do nothing with Sharepoint they kept coming back to Sharepoint as examples. When I said we do everything with Azure SQL I expected them to be ready with Azure SQL demonstrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
