Collaloom is partner management software for e-commerce brands that work with ambassadors, creators, sports clubs and affiliates. It answers the question every partner program faces at the end of a season: which partnerships paid back? Collaloom brings three things together for every partner. What they received. Product is recorded at real cost with its shipping, next to fees and loaned equipment tracked by serial number and return date. Gift orders placed in the brand's store are recognized and offered as shipments to the right partner, and each partner can request product within a budget the brand sets. What they sold. Orders from Shopify, WooCommerce or PrestaShop, or from a sales file, are matched to each partner's discount codes and tracked links. Every order is credited to one partner: a code beats a link, and when two partners have the same evidence, Collaloom flags a conflict for the brand's team instead of splitting it. Sales are counted net of discounts and refunds. Shopify connects read-only through the Collaloom app. What they earned. Commissions are calculated on each credited order, stay pending during the brand's return window, are approved after it and are marked paid when the payment is recorded. Money never goes through Collaloom. Every partner gets a dashboard in English, Italian or French with their codes, links, sales and commissions, and no customer data. A partner program page collects applications from athletes, creators and clubs. Plans are based on the number of active partners, and Collaloom takes no percentage of sales. New workspaces start with 14 days of every feature, free and with no card, then move to the Free plan for up to 3 active partners or to a paid plan.
