I don't like the limited user role customization in Collage HR. The permission tiers are too rigid, which forces HR admins to either retain too much control or give managers overly broad access. Bulk action limitations are also frustrating. Simple tasks, like updating benefit deductions for many employees or mass editing leave accrual rules, are clunky and require manual steps, adding unnecessary admin work each month. The interface is very clunky for admins, it feels like they are still finding their footing. I usually have to attempt login twice before it actually loads the dashboard and a lot of great features are very hidden (such as shared calendars).
