**What do you like best about CollaborateMD PMS?**

Ability to manage most billing aspects in one place. 

**What do you dislike about CollaborateMD PMS?**

Dislike that we have to customize a lot to fit our needs, but the program itself cannot be customized to do so. Things like being able to customize claim statuses or a way to search 

**Recommendations to others considering CollaborateMD PMS:**

This program doesnt offer much in customization in specialties like OB/GYN where you need to account for things like due dates. Should be a great program with almost any other type of medical office billing. 

**What problems is CollaborateMD PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CMD gives us the ability to combine what we use 2-3 different programs for. Additionally, real time claim status with specific insurance companies and other features have allowed us to really cut down the amount of time we spend on the phone doing follow up calls.
