Collaboard makes it very easy to apply the template to the background, and project it on the large screen. Guest invites can be sent out, and collaboration can happen on a realtime basis. Easy to log on, easy to use, easy to share with your team or workshop participants to do a brainstorming in their browser. You don't need an extra app to use it, you just surf and draw with your browser, using your desktop computer or tablet. You can even connect it to an electronic whiteboard device in your office.

I really like the simplicity and how the app is designed. Easy to use, intuitive and feature-rich. Creating sticky notes with my team in brainstorming sessions and creating mind-maps is what we have done most of the time.

Templates helped us to adapt quite fast to Collaboard. There are a lot of different templates for specific use cases.

In some of our meetings we also uploaded our PDF documents and collaborated on them on the whiteboard. This was a new experience as we were able to discuss and comment the content in the PDFs and create new ideas on sticky notes at the same time.
