**What do you like best about Cold DM?**

The ease of access, in terms of human access.

**What do you dislike about Cold DM?**

Not much has presented negative occurrences in the chaotic order of working environments. Cold DM does a good job of avoiding the hassle and the hustle and bustle of the hassle.

**What problems is Cold DM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Cold DM AHS has helped me solve several workflow organization problems.

**What do you like best about Cold DM?**

Cold Dm made twitter campaigns easier to send out and manage since it has the ability to send in bulk without affecting the restrictions from the source Twitter account.

**What do you dislike about Cold DM?**

It was great at first but soon enough, right around when we needed it the most, the Twitter API got changed. We did update the settings on our COLD DM but we were still getting bounced deliveries. It was a painful experience.

**What problems is Cold DM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a tool that we use to send out cold dms on twitter. It enables us to send these messages in bulk without the fear of getting limited or banned constantly.
