Being Australian helps give me confidence to trade. I feel more safe & secure than I do on overseas platforms. They also have runs on the board by how long they have been around for. Personally I've used them for over 6 years & never had a problem with trades or deposits, withdrawals & transfers. It's a very easy platform to use. Customer service has been great. quick to respond & always address the issue. Security issues were addressed swiftly when I advised them that a hacker was trying to access my account. I really like the user interface of the app. It’s easy to use, has 95% of the information I would like and it’s transparent and trustworthy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about CoinJar Exchange? Sometimes the live prices on the main display and the graph glitch when changing views between different time intervals or zooming in/out. I often have to close down the app to restore functionality. I would love to be able to set buy and sell orders from the graph view, like Kraken.
