What do you like best about CoinGate?

We are saddened that you feel this way about CoinGate. To be able to use CoinGate merchant services, you have to pass verification.

Your business account didn't pass the verification as you didn't provide the requested documents in the verification process. Our account manager over email explained what documents you need to provide. And the rejection reasons were explained over emails as well.

What do you like best about CoinGate?

I have been Coingate for many years for now for receiving payments. It works very smoothly. Have rarely faced any issues. The best part is withdrawals are fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CoinGate?

Automatic payment processing and automatic withdrawal to the bank account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoinGate?

In the past had some issues with communication, but they improved, so that's a good point.

The verification process for EU companies is a bit hard as we need to get signed and stamped translated documents. I believe that could be less problematic with companies online with public records, but I understand that is a requirement by the EU, and better to be safe to get a seamless experience after. It is an excellent solution for accepting payments from clients who want to spend their cryptocurrencies while receiving them in your merchant's fiat currency. Support is managed by live chat; withdrawals are fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
