We can draw on the charts for our research or trading purposes. It doesn't charge a brokerage fee, and sometimes they waive the payment gateway fees as well. This software does not hang/ lag when high volume and number of transactions are going on simultaneously. Software is quick and reliable. Indian customers/ users can trade in INR currency. The user interface needs a lot of improvement. Very often, you can see the fluctuation between the actual market prices and Coin DCX prices. Not many cryptocurrencies/ tokens are listed on this platform compared to its competitors. Customer service needs to be quick and should not take days to resolve a simple issue. I diposited 3 lakhs on 4th December 21 and its still not reflecting in INR wallet till date. There's no customer care and support ticket (1736365) is non responsive.
