Fees are way too high. Server frequently crashes. They will randomly ask you to resubmit ID docs and your money will be held hostage while they take weeks to look at it. One of the things I dislike about Coinbase is the customer service, as they take a long time to respond to our requests, which delays a quick solution to any problem we are experiencing with the company. Definitely, something that will be used in the future. The design of the platform is extremely simple. The interface is very intuitive and we can easily send cryptocurrencies to other wallets, withdraw bitcoins to currency for our bank, add new currency for future cryptocurrency purchases. Additionally, the fees change from 1% to 7% when we pay with credit cards. You must undergo a strict identity verification before you can exchange on the platform, and this goes against the basic concept of bitcoins, which is an anonymous currency. There really wasn't any wow factor in the application, which is fine in my opinion, but I can see that being a criticism. Because they make it easy to buy cryptocurrencies, you pay a premium.
