It is a mind-blowing tool that I have ever used for crypto. It lets me convert it into the dust from one crypto to another within seconds. Also, sending the crypto from one wallet to another wallet address is very secure and easy. Apart from that, they charge a minimal fee during the withdrawal of the crypto amount. There is a serious glitch in the mobile application and Coinbase has refused to admit to the issue. If a transaction does not go through, you will be presented with an error screen with the option to "Try Again". If you hit this button, nothing appears to happen. Minutes later you will be notified that every one of the transactions actually did go through. I've had this occur several times and have discussed the same with others. I opened a support ticket to have the fees (only) reversed, and Coinbase refused. Escalation has gone nowhere with their support teams. I now have five different tickets that I have not received any response to. I even called in and spent nearly an hour and a half on the phone being transferred to three separate departments and not one representative would assist. Finally, after two months of waiting, I filed a chargeback with my bank providing all supporting documentation and they sided in my favor. Low and behold I receive an email from Coinbase that they are going to sell my crypto within 5 days to pay for the deficit! Not even an option to appeal this, they hold your ENTIRE ACCOUNT hostage and you can't buy or sell until their EXTORTION is paid.
