Love how easy to navigate the platform is. I like having X amount of campaigns over time, it gives me a feeling of ease and flexibility. Each campaign can be tailor-made based on your brand's needs. Receiving content from creators is almost fail-proof as the system is set up with deadlines, reminders, nudges, and so on. Paying creators is also easy with the Paypal integration and can be done automatically after receiving your high-quality content, so you don't have to send it to accounting. This is all said with love: -The quality of content each creator makes is great, but I wish there was a metric for conversion- a UTM link/tracking link that can show successful each collaboration is for the brand. -There are bugs on the website but they improve it everyday, so kudos! -Please create an export to DropBox button so that my team doesn't have to download heavy files to upload into our DB. Cohley has a wide range of creators who can appeal to diverse audiences. Working with these creators enables us to reach consumers who would not otherwise organically find our brand. The creators are all very pleasant to work with and the platform makes it easy to stay organized while communicating with all of them. Some creators have truly surprised us with content above-and-beyond the asks of the campaign. Some of the content is professional-grade and we have been able to use it in other marketing and sales materials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Cohley? Finding good creators is very time consuming. Cohley does a good job of listing quick metrics for the creator, but finding out whether they are a "fit" for the brand takes a lot of digging through their feeds. It would be helpful to be able to "star" or "save" creators that are particularly good fits but might not be able to participate in a given campaign so that it is easier to match with them for future campaigns. Additionally, some creators seem to over-use Cohley (or other platforms) to a point where their page looks like an infomercial. It would help to see a metric of "% promotional posts in last 30 days" or something similar. We want to partner with creators who are genuine ambassadors for our brand. Working with Cohley lets us reach very broad audiences and run parallel campaigns to support multiple efforts simultaneously, while allowing us to keep our owned social channels more focused. It allows the creation of content in a fairly easy and fast way, highlighting that in the case of videos and photographs the resolution is quite good, not to mention that it allows you to advertise the content created, so it is possible that someone will contact you to create content for your accounts, in addition, allows the search for influencers depending on our area and its impact, being ideal to find influencers if what we want is to start implementing influencer marketing in our social media campaigns to increase the reach of our account and not depend solely on organic growth. Their customer service team is quite responsive and responsive, even though I had a lot of questions at first (and asked all of them), I felt like the Cohley team went to the trouble to take my concerns seriously and answered them all one time. for one and in the best possible way. I decided to use it in conjunction with my marketing strategy to improve the reach of my publications on social networks, in view of Cohley it provided an excellent tool to improve digital marketing campaigns and influences allowed me to completely rethink and reformulate my advertising strategies , giving me the opportunity to see what my audience was really looking for and allowing me to make the necessary improvements based on it, now today my social networks look much more professional and I owe it all to the Cohley team. Being able to run full campaigns entirely through the Cohley platform keeps correspondence with influencers simple and organized every step of the way. The user experience and navigation is straight forward and simple to operate at any level. The quality and breadth of talent offered exceeds expectations and offers a multitude of options for all of our brands to work with. What do you dislike about Cohley? The selection process of narrowing down interested influencers who have applied to your campaign can be time consuming to filter through. I would be interested in setting campaign application specifications that filtered out anyone who didn't fall within those specifications to narrow down the pool. Being able to set campaign parameters allows us to customize and control the exact content we are looking for while also setting a price that is reasonable for both parties. This saves time and money on campaigns we'd otherwise run on our own, requiring photographer, models, etc.. Cohley has been an integral part of our marketing strategy as we have always focused on producing high-quality content as well as representing USG ... our two worlds have collided by using Cohley and its been a great addition to our content. Using Cohley allows us to execute marketing plans to help pull sales through off the retail shelves as well as create brand equity and awareness online. It's been a win-win for an extremely small startup like ourselves. When you launch into national distribution in retail you are expected to spend high with marketing programs through the stores... we have been able to negotiate this down by illustrating our plans to utilize Cohley campaigns.
