The support is terrific and I like how we can gather text reviews. I also like how all of our assets are in one place where we can organize them. Communication through the platform has been very efficient and the creators we have worked with have been delightful. We have been able to be very straightforward with our campaign guidelines and can rest assured we will receive the requested deliverables in a timely manner through the structure of the platform. Would be much more satisfied if we could continually run campaigns rather than the stop start of sporadic campaigns throughout the year. We used to do campaigns on a monthly basis with our previous platform. Now we’re only running quarterly campaigns with Cohley. Also, wish there were more search capabilities to find influencers rather than a short window where they can apply for campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Cohley solving and how is that benefiting you? Gathering UGC and recognizing the importance of authentic content. We are able to accumulate product feedback and testimonials during the pre-launch phase of a product. Thus, making our launches more successful. Keeping our influencer communication organized is a huge problem that is solved. Also, vetting and finding the right partners to work with saves us a tremendous amount of time. That we have the option of approving influencers and content, that the platform deals with influencer payments and we don't need to do a lot of extra paperwork. I use and find very helpful the mass message feature. I like the fact that everything is structured, you can search your content by campaign. That you can approve your content one by one or as a bulk. I like the fact we track the campaign performance as a whole on Instagram posts and stories. I can see within the platform how the influencer's post did in terms of impressions, reach, and media value. One thing I like the most is that we never had a problem, that it didn't get to be resolved by a Cohley representative. Their response is very prompt and on point. What problems is Cohley solving and how is that benefiting you? As a brand new bridal business, we didn't have content of real people in our dresses, besides our product shots. Cohley offered a solution to partner us with influencers on a large scale, which gave us access to much more content very easily. Before that, we had to reach out to influencers individually. Cohley really allows our company to get a large amount of media and work with many different types of photographers all in a small time frame. Cohley really allows us to get what we need for quick campaigns and to spend more time running our business. The only downside with Cohley the platform could use some streamlining. More options to help manage all the content (sub folders, making it easier to move files around, folder menu panel should lock or scroll as you sift through images, duplicate photo warnings) as well as some bug fixes which I'm sure will eventually happen (searching filters sometimes do not work properly, images or page functions not working but a simple refresh on the page usually fixes this). It's extremely hard to find a large variety of photographers to work with on your own so Cohley solves that problem with their large network of photographers, videographers, influencers, etc. For a company to have access to this network it saves a lot of time and money. Cohley is great to achieve a diverse group of assets on a budget. From the type of content we can generate (high quality photography, videos, UGC, reviews) to the group of influencers available, the range of assets we received from just 2 campaigns has proven extremely beneficial to market ourselves in various channels. I love that as a one-woman social team, Cohley gives me a super easy way to get the exact content I need for our digital channels. It's also a great way to discover influencers that never would have been on my radar before. Cohley provides all the necessary information to make an informed decision on which influencers to choose for your campaign. The platform is a one-stop-shop for campaign management and provides notifications when there are any updates. This eliminates any need to constantly monitor campaigns. They are also very growth set minded and will work with you. I requested the ability to have influencers from my campaign be able to submit reviews. Like any platform, it has a learning curve but they have made it pretty intuitive. There are definitely some mismatches in terms of the influencers that are smart matches. I do wish that there was an easier way to eliminate influencers that apply to a campaign. Reviewing 100+ profiles can sometimes be quite daunting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Cohley is great about developing a strategy based on your needs but you have to be clear what those needs are.
