Make sure the SOW clearly describes the roles and responsibilities and also that you have chance to terminate th econtact in case you are not satisfied. Also make sure your organization is mature enough to be able to work properly with off-shore resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Setup of RPA CoE, development of RPA cases. Setup of the CoE was not professional, RPA development is slow and not very professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"USing Cognizant for offshore development"

Cognizant was an offshore service provider I utilized at two different companies. They provided offshore resourcing for application development and support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cognizant?

Cognizant was a very good partner to work with and very flexible with our needs and requests. In addition they had the skill sets we needed and could ramp-up quickly and successfully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cognizant?

Like most Indian offshore companies, you need to vet talent in lead roles very carefully. It took us a couple of tries to get a solidi on-site team that we could work with and that could work with the team in India in an effective manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Cognizant:

Ensure you get a strong on-site team that can work with your team and that can direct team offshore. Suggest visiting team in India in order to assess talent and to look who might be good candidates to bring back onsite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
